How can I exchange a product and in how much time?

You can initiate an exchange within 5 days of delivery of the product. To initiate you have to email us your order id on [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +91 9719007703, the product name which you want to exchange and which product you want to exchange with, or which size you want to exchange with. On receiving your request we will send you the shipping address where you have to send the product or we can arrange a pick-up from our courier partner but you have to pay 200 Rs. at the time of delivery. After receiving the product we will do a quality check and if nothing is wrong we will send your exchanged product straight after.

How many times can I exchange a product?

You may exchange an item only once. Once an exchange has been processed, the item(s) cannot be exchanged and the transaction will be considered final. If the product has been delivered wrongly by us, we will exchange it even if it exceeds the “one exchange only” policy.

Exchange Terms & Conditions:

  1. All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags and damaged original packaging will not be accepted.
  2. Lush reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is in original condition before exchanging the product. If we receive a returned item that does not meet our above mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense and no amount will be reimbursed.
  3. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is because of our error.
  4. We do not Refund any order once placed.
  5. If exchanged product amount is less than returned product amount, then the excess amount will be credited to your My ACCOUNT on website.
  6. Product purchased on SALE will not be exchanged.
  7. We do not exchange international orders.
  8. Once order is placed, it will not be cancelled.
  9. Customized or special request products cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Abuse Policy

Exchanging for reasons other than manufacturing defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, Lush holds the right to not accept any exchanges from such customers.

Disputes

To raise a dispute, please send an email to [email protected]. Your email must contain name of product, order ID along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 5 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 5 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of Lush Lap of Luxury.
